What We Built
We installed 180 vibration and temperature sensors on CNC machines. ML models predict tooling replacement 4-6 hours in advance. Inline quality sensors detect dimensional deviations and trigger automatic machine parameter adjustments.
The Outcomes
OEE improved from 62% to 81% in 9 months. Scrap rate dropped to 2.1%. Annual savings: Rp 6.8 billion.
